A dynamic Event Planning Company that is owned and managed by two of the island's most experienced Event Managers, Jerry Ishmael, and Faye Wharton-Parris. They both have been responsible for many major successful events held in Barbados over the past fifteen years, among them are CTC-20 and CTC 24, Caricom/USA Summit, The Home Show, Habitat Caribbean, Agrofest, The Barbados Motor Show, The Ferrari Road Show and The Soroptmist International Conference.

Jerry Ishmael has thirty (30) years management experience in the hospitality and exposition industry both in Barbados and the United States of America. Jerry was educated at Howard University in Washington, D.C. and entered the hospitality industry in 1980. Prior to returning to Barbados in 1993 to head the Barbados Tourism Investment Corporation (BTIC) he served as Deputy.Director of Franchise Services for the USA based Days Inn brand. For five years (95-00), he has been involved in the planning and/or staging of the major events held at Sherbourne (now the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre). In 1988 Jerry earned the designation of Certified Hotel Administrator from the Educational Institute of the AH&MA and in 1999 was certified by the International Society of Meeting Planners as a Certified Event Planner.

Faye Wharton-Parris graduated from the UWI in 1986 with a BSc. (Honours) degree in Hotel Management and immediately began her career in the area of Food and Beverage Management. She later decided to focus on event planning and has worked in this area since 1990. Over the years she has continued to improve her knowledge by attending various overseas courses, such as "Tourism Marketing and Promotion" at the World Trade Institute in New York and "Conference Centre Operations" at the highly respected Cornell University also in New York. Her most recent position has brought her expertise in the area of event planning and management to the fore and she is widely recognized as a highly competent Event Planner.

Cheryl-Ann Applewhite - Joined Premier Event Services Inc. in 2003 as an office assistant. Through hard work and training she now holds the position as Senior Event Coordinator with the responsibilities of preparing Budgets, attending site visits and event execution.
Kimberley Beckles - Joined Premier Event Services Inc. over two years ago and brought with her six years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in the Airline Industry and a Guest Service Representative in the Hospitality Sector. She is an Event Coordinator with responsibility for preparing Budgets and attending site visits and event execution.
